Makes 2 to 12 cupcakes at a time
or one 9 inch cake.
Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar, Sweet White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Cocoa Powder, Tapioca Flour, Certified Gluten Free Oat Flour, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream of Tartar, Citrus Fiber, Xanthan Gum.
Just add oil and water (see chart on back for how much to add per batch size).
Great for making mug cakes, too!
