When my son was first diagnosed with autism I went into research overdrive. He had lots of digestive issues as well. I soon discovered that a gluten and dairy free diet could benefit him, so we dove in. The diet shift was challenging but for the most part manageable, until it came to birthdays. The lack of available and efficient options led to an idea that ultimately became Fun for All foods - a company dedicated to the mission of inclusiveness.
With a background in public policy and an entrepreneurial spirit, I joined together with Mom Warrior, Tiffany, as two moms on a mission to make our vision a reality.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, especially my beautiful son, taking lots of photos (my other career), and spending time with my friends and amazing mom tribe in West Hartford, CT.
Whether it was my work in federal government service, for nonprofits like the Newman's Own Foundation, or in running a large local moms group (with Jenn!), I have thrived on meaningful work that makes life a little better for everyone... especially for families. Our mission at Fun for All Foods is what makes me so passionate about our products, and I'm thrilled to play a part in the ongoing conversation about allergy awareness. Adding value to the lives of so many families helps me hit the ground running in the morning.
(And coffee. So much coffee.)
When I'm not taste testing new recipes, I love being with my
husband and three spirited children.
